Oh okay I see what you are doing now. For some reason the projectors looked bigger than they actually are but seeing the one inside the housing they are really smaller than I had originally thought. Looking really good man and cant wait to see them finished on the truck.

Yeah, the e55s are 3" projectors and they do look big. But then the Gatlin Gun shrouds are huge also.

Here are some more pics. Because I am using the e46 2.5" projectors for extra high beams, I had to modify the plate for the cutoff line. Without modification it will only act as a low beam with a "z" type cut off. Now it will look allow more light out and up as a high beam would normally do.
The other pics are just to give an idea of where I am and how it will look. The main 3" projector and shrouds are completed and installed. The 2.5" will be completed today I hope.

Great progress. Now I'll just wait till your done so I can save $$$ from your mistakes...lmao You seem to have things in order and I'll be doing a Bi-xenon single retro.

Any fitment issue's when installed on the truck? Specifically the back of the projectors and how tight it gets back there for the outer one. have you checked for fitment yet?

Wow, those look really great. When you're done, let us know what the total $ amount is that you spent on making those. I really want some actual projectors, but would so much rather have ones that looked like that. You have great creativity when it comes to things like that.
