trouble starting

I have a 02 ram 4.7 and it's having a hard time starting, it turns over for about 5 seconds before it starts only when it's cold. When it does start you smell alot of raw fuel. Changed the tps,crank sensor ,dealer said fuel pump changed that still the same.
