Finally crossed over to Dodge 100%. I've always had a Chevy my entire driving life. A few years ago, I bought a Dodge Charger in place of my Chevy Silverado (w/298K miles on it). That left me with a Chevy Impala & Dodge Charger. I missed my truck badly, but was enjoying the Charger. After going two years without a truck, it was time to get back into the game. So hmmm - The question was, which vehicle I trade-in to get a truck. Do I get another Silverado to go with the Charger, so that I can keep a Chevy in the family or try the Ram 1500 and keep the Impala?

Well you guessed it, I'm all Dodge now and I don't regret it!

My grandfather would turn over in his grave to know that I've broken the family tradition of all Chevy's. My dad will probably be pissed too when finds out. When I was a boy, I still remember hearing one of my dad's best friends say..."There's nothing like a Dodge". That statement always stayed in my mind and now I can agree with him on that.

This post is for anyone else who is straddling the fence between Chevy, Dodge & Ford - be Bold, be Different and take the Dodge Challenge!

 

Congrats on your conversion!! You will love it... I always had a Dodge since my Intrepid... This is my second truck and love it!!

Congrats! The wife and I both drive a Dodge now, but my older toys are all Chevy.

 

i was always a ford guy, as was my dad. for the obvious reasons being that they are way better than chevy! haha, anyways, im on my second dodge now, and couldnt be happier. they have both been fantastic vehicles to me. and my next vehicle will most likely be a dodge. i still like ford a lot, but im sticking with dodge for now.

 

Congrats on the switch, Also does anyone know if Chevy uses or did use A-frames in their pickups? I've heard this before.......
