my brother used to get quite a bit of water in his Yota when it rained. it turned out to be the big *** antenna he had... the water would run down the cable and into the cab. got anything like that?

No antenna, just the wire for the defroster that runs from the glass to down underneath the door sill. This could be my problem. I am going to try to carefully push the wire back in and put a little silicone around the window and see if that clears up the problem.

Last night i put a nice small seam of silicone around my back glass and it has been raining all day today and no leaks so far. So maybe that will solve my problem. My luck i'll go home and park it and come out to a flooded truck in the morning.
Thanks for all the help guys.

This only happens when it rains. Water is pooling up under the carpet and door sill mainly in the back driver's side. The wetness goes all the way up front to about even with the pedals, but the front is not near as saturated as the rear. This is only on the driver's side.
I have to park out in the driveway on an incline so the front is up higher than the rear. Also, i have already sealed up the 3rd light and that didn't help at all.
So, do you guys think the water is coming from the back somewhere and it's just getting so wet that it makes its way up front. Or, is it coming from up front somewhere and running to the back since i am sitting on an incline?
I had the same problem with my 07. I took it to the dealership 3 times. First time they re-sealed the brake light. That didn;t work. @nd time they re-sealed the Sirrus antenna.. Still didn't work. then the 3rd time i demanded they replace the rear window. That fixed the problem. When I talked to the Auto glass guy he said there was about a 1/2" gap in the seal. Thank god it was covered under warrarny because it would have cost about 500. I would talk to your dealership and see if they have a "Leak Specialist" come out and look at it. Just my $0.02.
