Default EXHAUST: Has anyone just removed the resonator?
Has anyone just removed the resonator on a HEMI QC? If so how does it sound? Any louder deeper?

I've removed mine. It made it a little deeper and louder, but not so much that it's anywhere close to annoying.

Is the resonator placed there to quiet the pipes down or create more of a rumble?

not as deep, with flowmaster 40 system ur running a less restrictive muffler and no resonator. much better sound[sm=badbadbad.gif]...takin off the resonator is just a quick fix for the sound.
