Header problems needs some guidance...

Header problems needs some guidance...
Any advice is good advice so please give me some help.
I bought some JBA headers and the driver side bolted right up looks great to. The passanger side will not fit, it appears the header they sent me is to long and the flange hookup is slightly off.
The part numbers are correct. The guy at JBA said that even though I have a 04 4.7L built in November of 2003, he's going to send me one from an 06 and is 99% sure it will fit. Can this be possible? The wrong header on my truck but it would fit because the Y pipe and cats would still be the same. I just have a hard time buying that info... I have to pay shipping to and from JBA=50.00 and im also out 250 for the one side not matching up and the time it took to put the stock one back on. Bright side is theyll only charge me 125.00 to put the other one on... ANy advice would help, thanks I have pictures but the manage attachment icon wont work
