i searched for it but didnt really find anything, anyways i got the HID's installed and tied in the resistors to stop the flickering, well i know the resistors get really hot and there on metal which im not worried about but could i wrap them in like a heat tape for exhaust or something like that to keep the temp down

I would not wrap them. They could overheat and explode. And trust me, they will explode. If anything, I would find some old heatsinks from computers other equipment and mount them to that ands then tie wrap them secure.

 

thanks, i got them resting on the frame by no plastic or anything but just wanted to make sure
