I'm looking at an 04 stock CD/stereo to replace my 02 stock tape/ stereo. Does anyone know if the dash is the same / will it fit?

 

If it's a 1/2 ton 02 the dash is the same. Unscrew the one screw under the little hook (trash bag hook?) then pop the dash cover off. 4 screws and the stereo comes out. Unplug your old stereo and put the new one in. Turn it on and make sure it works before you put the dash cover back on.
