Default 02 Doge Ram missing while on the highway

I have a 02 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7l and yesterday it just started missing while on the interstate driving about 70 -75mph. It just seems to do it when you are going up small inclines. Can anyone help? It almost feels like there may be water in the fuel, but I get my fuel at the same place everytime.

Fuel filter might need to be changed.

Wouldn't it give you hesitation all the time if it was the fuel filter, just asking...

Probably right. I just figured it's a cheap thing to try and I didn't know how long since he changed it.

Check your plugs, coil packs and wires.

I seem to remember diagnosing this problem for someone not too long ago. Can't remember specifically who it was, but I said check wires, plugs and coils and, by golly, that was it!!!

Misfire on cylinder 7 is what the computer says it is. It does it just enough not to put the engine light on. Thanks guys for all the help.
