Yours will look the same as his on the 06...They are flat even on the newer ones?

And reaiming your heads really helps the other drivers when you have HID's....I went from just about everyone flashing me to none at all. The only problem is the adjustment screw is a few inches back in the headlight frame, I had to go buy a long torx screwdriver because all I had were the small bits...

I was always under the impression that the 08s had to re wire because the 08 tail lights have 2 bulbs stock and I think its 07 down has 3?? Thats was the difference between the flat ones and the stupid 08 ones with those dumb circles?

The circles are not dumb!!! haha well if he were to buy 06down lights he would have to rewire and its alot of work. If he buys the lights for 07/08 he will not have to rewire (should not have to) but they will look just the same as the others. I don't know if half the light stays on/the other half flashes or it just works like yalls, but we do have 3 bulbs instead of 2. Heres mine with the DUMB CIRCLES

Have your torx screwdriver ready, park in your garage or facing a fence, open your hood

Look at the inside side of the headlight, there will be a 1" rubber flap. Pull that flap out of the way and in the center of the headlight there will be a hole. at the back of the hole will be a metal rod. Anyway, take that torx driver, push it into that hole and turn. Right is up, left is down

I painted mine black and left the two circles red...they match my body paint exactly and i think it looks pretty cool with 2 red circles....rather than being fully blacked.
