Stainless is much better than aluminized.
Flowmaster is so crappy that there new stainless mufflers only have a 10yr warranty.
Magnaflow is lifetime. There are a lot of weld spots to break the way that the muffler is designed with all of the baffles.
I can tell you from experience that my mustang makes more power with the Magnaflows than it did with Flowmasters. It is a little quieter, but the flow is better.
I like the Magnaflow on my Ram as well.
It's all about personal preference, but I would definitely go stainless. It will last a very long time.
