Default SUB Suggestions for The Rookie

Recommendations please.
Just ordered a Foxbox Dual 10" ported. Now I need some subs....
Joe says these 4 will fit in the box:
1. JL AUDIO 10W6
2. ALPINE TYPE R 10'S
3. PUNCH P3 10'S
4. KICKER CVX 10'S
~
Here is the box specs (from Joe):

AIR SPACE IS 1.8 CUBIC FEET

PORT TUNNING IS 35hz

MOUNTING DEPTH IS 7.5" W/ A 6" DIAMETER MAGNET
THE HOLE SIZE IS 9.125"
~
I am going to run a Kenwood KAC09104D for the subs with these specs:
RMS Power Output (Watts x Channels)500 x 1
Peak Power Output (Watts x Channels)1800 x 1
Power at 2 Ohms (Watts x Channels)900 x 1
Bridged Power (Watts x Channels)N/A
Minimum Impedance Bridged---
Minimum Impedance Unbridged1
Best Frequency Response5-200Hz Hz
THD at Rated RMS Power1%
Signal to Noise Ratio75 dB
Input Voltage14.4v
~
Also...do I get a 2 ohm sub or 4 ohm? I know **** about this stuff (other than I like it loud & tight) as you can tell.
Thanks for any recommendations!

#3 by far in my opinion, I run one p3 12" and in my opinion it sounds better than any of my buddys running dual subs of almost any setup.

Look at the specs for each sub. For instance I would recomend the Kicker CVX but the max ported box volume is 1.75 cubic feet. plus the amp you are using will not push one cvx very well let alone two. Is this going into a regular cab or extended? if it is extended I highly doubt you are getting 1.8 cubic feet per side. I would have to say the w6's. the amp you have pairs up with them perfect, wired at 4 ohm.
