Default dash lights

So I know some people have replaced the dash lights behind their gauges to change the color, and I heard that blue is really the only way to go, but what I don't know, is what bulbs do I buy? Any help is appreciated, please and thank you!!

ive done this . all blue superbrightleds.com looks badass! there is a write up on d*dgetalk.com

i dont remember what bulbs it took. there were 3 different kinds and youll need some blue gel paper stuff. Roscolux #74: Night Blue to make the green #s blue . overhead readout and odometer and p-r-n-d-2-1. ive got some of the roscolux if you need any. i had to buy a whole roll.

you can do anything with led's ive got the whole interior of my truck deked out with blue leds. all the floorboards and cupholders and map lights

the hardest part about replacing the dash lights is in the headlight switch you have to solder a new led for the foglight indicator. im still trying to figure out how to get the a yellow a/c indicator and heated mirror indicator blue. they are funky

That looks sweet. Do you have a write up made on that, if not you should post one up if you have pics of the install. I would like to this if I get could get a ballpark price and how much would I owe ya for some of that gel stuff?

no i dont have any install pics or write up , was pretty simple though.
took about 30 min max.
pm me for the blue film i will send anyone who needs it enough to do their truck.

here is a parts list for 02-05 rams this will do overhead, gauges, hvac and headlight switch. its all pretty much plug and play except for the soldering of the foglight indicator light.
