Go with the lift man! I have on in my shop (roughly the same size) and it was worth every single penny that it cost.

As for someone hunting 14 acres you may want to give your head a shake friend.

Anyways congrats on the house. Hope all goes well with closing

I forgot to mention. If you can rent a dingo machine from a local tractor/hardware rental place nearby, the pole digging will be a breeze. Unless you know someone with a tractor then you could just rent an auger pto attachment.
I dug 50 holes 40"deep with a dingo machine and it only took me 2 hours! Using a two man post hole digger would have taken f**king forever not to mention would have been a total drain. Cost me $230 w/insurance for the whole day. I rented on a Saturday evening and returned it Monday morning. i got either a 6 or 8" auger attachment?

Congratulations and a big THANK YOU for helping horses who need it. Hope it all goes well, and give all the critters a scratch for me.

Thanks for all the compliments! And we will be hunting it this year

The barn won't be a shop for long, will soon be up to ceiling in hay. Then the horse trailer, then firewood, and then if there's enough room, my truck might even get a small spot of its own Eventually though it will get a lift, it was my first thought when I saw it. It's definitely way down there on priorities though.
