this isnt my truck but the same as mine. see the lower black trim on the bumper, that is whats in the way and i think i need to cut off.

Does the rumble bee bumper fit right over it? Are there any bolts to take that off?

As far as I know there are tabs on the top of that piece that fit into holes on the bottom of the bumper. I'm pretty sure their just the tabs that you sqeeze together and then you can pop it out.
