Default O2 Sensors nightmare

I just replaced the Upstream O2 Sensor for a 06 RAM1500, 3.7L. I get better gas milage but I feel that the truck lost some horse power. Some help please...

The sputtering is gone? idle works fine, but when I take off it has a tendency of shocking for a second or two. I replaced the spark plugs at the same time I replace the O2 Sensors. A friend told me that it might be clutch problems. I have a six speed RAM1500.
