Ball joint problems
Just bought a 2006 Dodge Ram, and we were goin to install the leveling kit...
Now I think the ball joints are gone, so If I can take the ball joint and a spin it with 2 fingers, is that okay the dealership says its fine but I dont know...
if you have any input that would be great!

ideally balljoints are checked while on the vehicle and suspension is loaded. I have never checked them otherwise. Spinning around shouldn't matter, but if it has slop side to side then that's a problem. For ex...try to move the ball part in the socket. It shouldn't moveor "slap" against the housing.
