this thread made me laugh my a$$ off!! leave it to rh to get something like this started... i do feel a little bad for the guy tho... i dont think there was one post on here (besides the first one i posted) that even remotley helped this guy. we are just a bunch of insensitive gas bags! hahahahaha!! i love this forum..
i couldnt afford the tow mirrors when i put my bigger lady in the back so i just gave her a walkie talkie and she tells me when im clear to get over and how much farther back i can go
i dont think they make walkie-talkies that have that kinda range. i mean we're talkin bout mt everest here.
and forget backup cameras, if its wireless u know the signals gunna be blocked (hmm) and if u have wires then they are obviously gunna get spliced or crushed, or chewed up
im thinking this might all be a bit much for the 1500... this guy is gunna need some air bags or somethin for that kinda weight... his ride isnt going to be any better when the springs and axel are smashed tight against the frame and the tires are rubbing in the wheel wells...
the air bags would be fun to mess with them chicks. u can lower the rear and right when they are about to get in, raise it up, and watch them slip and fall on there face then do a burnout and some doughnuts for her
that 400+pnds of weight slipping and falling on the tailgate does damage, i have one of those nice truck hoists mounted in the bed, just wrap some steel cable around them and winch them right on up
