Fog Lights Auto on/Manual on
07 Ram- Have experienced inconsistent fog lights being on or off.
-Start truck, turn head-lights on, fog lights have to manually be turned on. Shut truck off.
-Start truck, turn head-lights on fog lights turn on with headlights. Shut truck off.
-Start truck, turn head-lights on, fog lights have to be manually turned on.
(This is a example of what I have experienced. It is not quite that consistent of a pattern. It seems sometimes the fog lights will turn on when the headlights are turned on or sometimes it will manually have to be done.)
Can anyone shed some light on this?

Sounds like a wiring problem or your relay might be bad, mine is wired to the headlights, they come on when the headlights are turned on, they turn off manually if I flip the toggle, and if left on accidentally the shut off themselves when the headlights turn themselves off.

If your 07 is like my 08, the fog lights come on when you press the headlight button. If I leave them on and shut off the truck, the next time I turn the headlights on, the fogs will come on too, but there have been many instances that when I reach to turn the headlight ****, I also press it, causing the fogs to toggle. I am guessing you might be doing the same?
