looks much better, but im with bolt, how does the air get in there? cut a section of it out

so i took a look at your guy's intakes and i cut mine up a bit more. how bout this? and yes, it is a trash can haha

Can I ask what size you used for the TB end and what did you use for it to clamp on the TB.... Just curious.... 3" or 4" I just lost on what to get...

i used the factory connector boot that was attaches the TB to the resonator box. i changed it up a bit since then and this is what im runnin now. to get exactly what i have you'll need (3) 3'' 45* PVC street bends, (1) 3'' 90* street bend, and a 2' section of 3'' PVC pipe. i just fitted it all together and painted it.

When I removed the Hemi Hat as we call it and I did not see the connector boot just a rubber piece that is on the TB.... When I used a 3" it did not fit snug it was hanging loose... the Hat just came completely out... A little bit of newb right now... I just want to keep my stock box since I dont want **** to get into my TB... So I wont need the other bends... just want something to go from the TB to the stock box...

The heat shield does not really do that much....when you are cruising down the road at 30-50mph, there is cool air coming in all over. There is not much hot air that you are sucking in.

But, good points for being creative for sure.

You need a Airaid MIT pipe. Takes minutes to install.

i have a 4.7, you have the hemi... hence why you didnt see the rubber connector boot. you can get one from home depot for like 3 bucks.
