Lol. Damn Dodge dealer. Says it right on your crossmember in front your radiator, doesn't it? Or is it slapped on the underside of hood like mine?

Yea it's on the crossmember. So does the flash itself make you lose horsepower or what I'm still a little confused but I know what I want for christmas now.

I think when the dealer does it, it tweaks the computer and robs a ton of power. Changes the shift points, rev limiter, etc. I know mine won't rev above 3K. My old 360 went to 7. Bit of a difference. Anytime, the SC will restore and optimize.

it retards the timing if i remember correctly, and robs your shift points of good rpms. I should check mine now to see if I do have deathflash, I really felt like mine was alright on power... but maybe Im a bad judge of power haha. But I remember the difference between my old 98 and my buddies 01, they were both sticks, and he even had more performance mods than mine, and mine would walk away from his every time, within 100 feet I would be at least a truck length ahead if not more, partly due to his shifting though, but thats just an example, and I remember driving it and noticing the difference. I guess now that I know the 02's do have it I should check mine to make sure I didnt get unlucky with it haha.

Get the Superchips it makes a huge difference. Anyways, 1.7rr's would be another big gainer. Without opening up the engine too much. If yo uwanted to you could go for a cam. Also open that exhaust up. You will feel the gains. It's just really choked up on the 5.9.

Well I have straight exhaust right now no muffler, you think I should remove the car, and do true duals, maybe 3", with two seperate cat's?

That is a gorgeous red truck there! I can't wait to slap tires on mine! Did you do 1250 or 1350's? Those don't quite look like 1550's, but it's possible. You use 4.5" backspacing?
