Default lowering truck suspension question.

I was interested in putting on some Eibach springs for my truck to lower the truck maybe 1.5'' in the front. I dont want it slammed, just lowered a tad. I figured it would help handling a little better but most importantly, I like the looks. I was quoted 500.00 labor just to put on the springs. The springs are like 150.00, I cant see spending 500 on labor, that was what I was quoted for my gear swap lol.
The 500.00 was from my dealer who I use, but the 4x4 suspension and gear shop i was recommended by another member who I was going to have do the gear swap wont touch my truck cause its a 2 x 4 and they only work on 4x4when doing springs? So, anybody know any shops in PA or average prices??

are you lowering the back also it is easy to do the fronts the most you might have to rent a spring compressor but theres ways around that too just becareful you dont want them springs flying out 1. it hurts if you get hit 2> you can hurt someone else or something good luck....
