Coming from Olds 350/403/455s and Cad 500s, I can relaten how much things cost for older engines and what you get out for the price.

OK, maybe its semantics here, but dont I want the engine to go into closed loop? It uses open loop for start up and warm up right?
And then switches to closed loop for cruise and general operation? or is that backwards? So using a T-stat to trick the computer, will that definitely hurt my mileage, and run the warm up tunes, and such? if that happens then it will be a dawg.. and ill be stopping at the gas station every other block, while trailing a cloud of rich gas/air mixture..

OK, screw it, im getting the diablo, nuf said. no injectors, no dyno tuning, will update the diable myself, or have a cmr do it.

What kind of power gains are people seeing from this type of setup? what can I expect? something like 30-40 hp? maybe 50-60 lbs of torque?
