Default procharger

Just wondering the pros and cons of throwing a procharger on my hemi. I would really like the extra power of a supercharger and this seems like a good choice. Anyone with a supercharger let me know what the deal is. I know its gonna be a big project and a lot of cash. But i think it would be nasty to SC the 5.7, the thing must scream.

Let me know what you guys know about superchargers

thanks

Would 7 grand allow a person, to rebuild the stock Hemi into a fire breathing n/a stroker???
Would it be cheaper therefore to go that route, instead of the 7k supercharger?

How about a remote mounted turbo? It is less than half the price of the kb.

No, not without alot of money. Much more than $7g's. Also, a high HP N/A engine is not very streetable. that is the great thing about superchargers, you can have an 800hp street friendly daily driver. Cannot say that about an N/A engine.
Turbo is the best power money can buy. Superchargers eat up 30-40% of the power they produce just to spin them. Turbo's are much more efficient and will put more HP to the wheels than a similar Centrifugal.
KB is instant power all through the rpm band. Twin screw is an ultimate mod, but turbo's are cheaper.

That is a nice kit but tuning and injectors are an extra $1100. They are included in the KRC kit.
