Need help with Paint ASAP.
Ok well i've had a ****ty paint area on my bed that some guy tried to repair a ding and just messed everything up. Looks so ****ty I can't even explain. I have some expirence with paining and buffing. Does autozone or pepboys sell a automotive paint that would match the brilliant black. I have a 2003. It doesn't have to be 100% perfect but just enough to look good. I would sand, primer, paint and clear, then sand and buff. I've seen spray paint with a factory color but I dont know if they sell it for a dodge color code. I just need to know ASAP so I can do it tomorow. The main reason is because I just tinted my tails pretty much black and buffed everything out and my new black wheels arrive tuesday so I need my truck in MINT condition so I can get a few pictures.
I don't think the black from duplicolor will match, you have the same paint as I do. When I painted my headlights I went to a local body shop and they got my paint code, and gave me some paint to match. That's probably the best route imo.
u have an 03 so u dont have brilliant black. thats wasnt until 06. u can uses the regular duplicolor gloss black and it should match pretty close or get the exact on here

Can i get that mopar paint from the dealer or some where else? How about clear. I was planning on just sanding with 1000 grit then paint, then clear, then sand with 1500 then 2000 then polish.
on the outside! I don't even want to explain how it happened. I just need to know where i can get that mopar paint! haha. But I also have a cheap replacement tail gate that i can spray also. I see the mopar paint only comes in 5oz though.
