no O2 sensor on diesels![Wink](https://dodgeforum.com/forum/images/smilies/wink.gif)
but just as bullitt said, crank your gas cap down good and see what happens, if that doesnt do it take it to the dealer and have them look at it. they shouldnt charge a thing since you only have 500 on the odometer.
if you wanna get some looks from the ford and chevy guys, pull out the intake tube baffle and silencer ring, make your turbo scream!!!![Big Grin](https://dodgeforum.com/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
edit: BTW, Ive gone just shy of 14700 and I havent been back to the dealer for anything. I do my own oil changes at 10K intervals[8D]

Truck went to the dealer today. They replaced the pedal position sensor. Hopefully, it won't have to go back to the dealer anytime soon.

Hey Guys, I was reading all the posts here, I recently heard that GM is now putting o2 sensors on the duramax. I friend I work with traded in a 2002 or 3 for an 04. He had tons of problems right from the dealers door! It sounds like their finally getting some where with it, but I don't know the results right now as he went to a different shift.

I guess that would help in fuel management just like gassers.
any time the manufacturers get involved with the specs on an outsourced engine, the results arent pretty. just look at what happened with ford. it's a good thing dodge doesnt mess with the cummins too much
