Lookin to put tow hooks on the front of my truck, but i have a bull bar on the front..was wondering if any of you guys know of a good place to put some or not..hopefully you can help me...

 

I really must of stumped you people or you could care less..one or the other but was lookin for a lil bit of input..if you got any ideas

 

I would say the stock location for tow hooks is the only place I would trust them. But then you would have to ditch that chrome tubing.

 

not even available for 02's I have tried! you have to custom fab your own!

 

yeah i cant see any other place unless you ditch the bull bar tho it sounds like you cant even get them for the 02

 

Your bull bar is in the way. your tow hooks would have been in the place where you mounted the fame to the bull bar. I wish that tow hooks came on my 07.

 

Can we see an up close pic of your bull bar and factory tow hook location? Or does the bull bar mount in the tow hook location? Search "Tow hooks" and "motorhead426" and you'll find a post about the ones I made from scratch...

 

How strong is the Bullbar? You can probably distrubute the weight on the Bullbar tubing to pull light stuff, but nothing too heavy i would imagine. You would have to be low on the bar and not tie a a rope to the top. That leverage woud not be good for it....lol
