Hey, here is my video of my quick time perforance cut out that I had on old jeep. I know people on here are looking to buy one. i'm not on a dodge but if it sounded so good on a inline 6, then how about on a hemi lol. I would think crazy loud lol. Here it is.

Cutouts are the shiznit. Ive got one on my Hemi and will be adding another soon when i redo my exhaust.

Can't beat an open cutout. Best sounding exhaust there is IMO.

Sorry if you consider this a thread jack but with cutouts I have heard you will loose low end grunt, but what if you don't open it up till your in the higher rpm's and higher speeds? Also would it be a good idea to put one before the cat or after. I would think before would give you the most noticeable difference in the higher rpm's.

If you open it up at higher rpms it can and will hurt the motor in the cutout, you dont want it slamming open or shut as the gearing will fail. Thats why, at least on the DMH cutout, there is a warning not to open it up over 1500rpms. As for where to put it, if you put it before the cats you're going to throw a code unless you have the no-foulers installed already. Either way though there is not a whole lot of restriction putting them after the cats vs putting them before the cats.

you wont lose any that you would notice if you were drag racing high rpms all the time you may notice but were no racing all the time lol

Who says I don't drag race? Lol I race my friends Vortec Z71 all the time and most of the time I kick his ***. He has much better power in the low end though he always beats me off the line, but I top him out.

shiloh you need to cut about 2' off of you bed and you will beat him off the line every time.
