I don't think the exact distance between the two is a big deal. I still have my cats and had to extend the wires about 18" to get the rear O2s back to them. No issues, not a single CEL since the day the headers went on and the cats got moved back and that was well over two years ago now...

Well I was planning on going about 8-10" from the front O2 and the rear and then maybe 3" or so for the wideband. Now if I dont like it like that then the stock cats will be put back on and I'll have to add some new bungs for the rear O2s or the magnaflow highflow cats will be added.

Teach I dont think that there is much of a difference powerwise between no cats and with cats.

Now what about the size of the O2 bungs?

If you put cats on after the fact, don't put the stock ones back in, LOL. I put cats on, because I'm told that Hemi's without cats are obnoxiously loud. Mine with magnaflow cats, x-pipe and dual 40's is even a little louder than I'd like, but I'll deal with it.

I rode around for three days without the cats, had the CEL of course, but I was planning on doing the "non-fouler" trick. I DID NOT find that the exhaust was much louder, just a little deeper and throatier, but I found a noticeable loss of extreme low end torque (back pressure related I'm sure as I was true dual right back to the 2 into 1 Flowmaster 50 clear back almost to the rear tires.
Had a local shop cut in and weld the stock cats, got my low end torque back to about stock, at least that's what the butt dyno said. I didn't feel I could get a solid weld all the way around with the truck on the ground and the shop only charged me $75.
I know that backpressure is not supposed to be beneficial, but I think the Hemi is such a good mid to high rpm engine but lacks low end and needs a little bit of it at very low (< 1500) rpms.
The sound DID NOT change enough to notice with the cats back on, the throatier sound was the LT headers...

Well thats what I have been hearing as far as the sound goes hammer, it'll be louder but not by to much over having the cats back in. As far as the loss in the lowend, I am hoping that because I am not going true duals that the loss in back pressure wont hurt it to badly. Add in the extra tq from the gears and converter and I think it'll be alright????

Yeah you should be good. My original plan was to do the headers (mid to high end gains) then the KRC 210 with the -4 grind to REALLY bring out the low end, but with the folks getting sick at the same time and me having to quit work for a bit to take care of them, the funding got gone.
But I'll get there, I'll have the cam and TC in by the end of next spring and have the truck finished, the way I want it...

I wanted to have my cam in early november but I think thats going to become an early december mod now. Hopefully performancewise though I'll have the truck to where I want it by the end of the year tuned and everything.

hey with the no-foulers do they have to be a certain length? I looked up the DIY and the ones I grabbed are about a half inch longer than the ones in the DIY.
