As said you got out and walked away hence my insistance on owning a full size vehicle our trucks hold up well. Very sad as it almost made my wife cry just now when she saw it. It is a terrible thing to happen. Im glad you are ok, could have been worse. I think your tow guy is right unfortunately. If the frame is bent and the passenger side is twisted too, you may have to get another truck. Angels were watching over you m8, glad your ok.

 

Everyone has already covered what I can say, I hope justice is served, good thing the officer witnessed what happend first hand. Please keep us updated on your situation, the main thing is that you are OK. The new rams look pretty nice man.

If the frame is damaged, odds are they will total it out, some real good deals are out there on '09s with the '10s hitting the lots (although not the deals that were out last year when the "old" 3rd gen '08s were out on the lots with 4th gens coming in.

I had a woman do same in the rear she was doin 60+ when she hit me I was at a dead stop waiten to turn she never looked up, my tailgate/bumper went into her windshield then she tried to haulass...bad choice on her part.
