thanks guys, i cant wait to see'em mounted up either! the lift is a 7" procomp with a 3" PA body lift. i just had the suspension kit powdercoated this week and as soon as i get the truck back from that shop it's going into the tranny shop for the 4:88s in the rear. i got powersteps, superchips, and some other goodies on the way so hopefully they'll be here before the truck goes in for the lift

4.88's! Holy $HIT! Your acceleration is gonna rock but I would think those would severely hurt your top end?

possibly, im not really sure. but the guy at the tranny shop said 4:56s would be way too small for 24s on 38s. the 24s are just too heavy. so whatever loss i have on the high end i'm hoping i can correct with the superchips. i rarely take the RPMs over 4k anyhow though (i have a very light foot). but im sure there will be something i wont like and will need to install more upgrades to correct other issues, and so it begins.... lol
