newbie questions 2002 ram 2500 with a cummins
hello, new to forum. Tried to search but no mater what I put in I found no answers, none. maybe I am not searching correctly.
just bought a 2002 dodge ram with the cummins.
replaced all the brake parts. wow, expensive.
I need some help with a few issues.
heated seat replacement element, where to get and how much are they?
what would be causing my front trac bar to be hitting the differential. It is hitting pretty hard, dented cover and looks like it will wear through.
again new to me truck.
I also noticed that the left lower controll arm is a bit bent. Going to replace it, but I don't see how that could move the axle forward if that is the reason the track bar is hitting.
where is a good place to extend the oil vent on the front of the motor to.
I hate how the fan blows it all over the front of the motor and the fan.
transmission line.
one of them is a piece of rubber hose that has 5 hose clamps on it.
I would like to know if there is a short hose that they replaced with this.
that is if short hose would have the regular slip clamps and they rigged this up?
it is right under the radiator running up to the cooler.
or is it supposed to be all one piece from the cooler, under the transmission and up some where on the right side of the motor.
so is there any other common things with these trucks that I should look at or check into.

there is a diesel section made specially for you lucky bastards with the diesels, they might be more help since almost all of us are gassers, and most have 1500's so we dont know much about the sfa's
and the search function is a p.o.s lately, i cant find anything on it either
