Default Rough country shocks?

im lookin at getting new shocks for my ram.i have the stock shocks now.i heard rancho 5000's suck and the rough country 9000 nitrogen shocks are good.i cant afford bilsteins since im also replacing my brakes and rotors so is there anyone out there that has used or heard about these rough country 9000s? they are $157 shipped for all 4 on there website.

They're alright, not the best, but you're not gonna be able to beat that price really.. I'm currently running them, but only until I finish up my suspension, then I'm upgrading. I'd say save up more and get the Bilstein's later on, you won't regret it.

I like my rough countrys, they ride fairly smooth imo. They arent the best shocks I could ever imagine having, but its a truck still.

keep an eye out for those buy 3 get 1 free deals that come out all the time. bilsteins are included in those a lot. personally, i always save up enough for what i really want, that way im not left wanting the better more expensive thing i should have gotten in the first place.

i have them on with red boots and they are fine. my stock shocks had to be changed so those were cheap and good.

hydro shocks are more softer nitros are harder.
i run nitros due to having a 8500 pound truck
