Leveling kit & Limit Straps!!?

I put the leveling kit (2") on mine and i am having the same problem the top control arm is to wide i think and only gives me a 1/4 inch between the control arm and spring bucket. I spent 6 bucks at auto zone and bought shock 2 inch extenders and i still have the problem with hitting. called daystar and he said have the truck aligned and i did only to leave with the thing still hitting? wonder if the top control arm can be moved out. thinking about using my grinder and shaving a bit off were the control arm is hitting? PLEASE HELP

and Ive been thinking of griding on it also but its a hard spot to get to

same as your i think. 2007 1500 quad cab 2WD. Its touching just a bit on the one comer on both sides.

yea mine is too...i already tried to get a grinder to it but you cant get to it without taking the UCA off...like i said, i have rubber belt wrapped where it hits but it still jarrs, just not as bad (probably 25% less)

I am thinking of using a air die grinder and a debur on it. I use these all the time at work to clean out old welds after torching it out.
