Well I got the skidplate for the t-case that I ordered a week ago and this came with it. I have no idea what it is, but maybe you guys could help me.

pretty sure thats the bracket the skid plate screws into.

really? So does that mean it would go over where the torsion bars are?

i would call it the butfor. or you could name it like kitchen appliances i.e toast is made in the toaster, food is processed in a food processer. you get the point

its a bracket thes goes over your t-bolts and the plate mounts to it .
letts call it dr poo poo pants
