asked what kind of kickers they were, because i couldnt tell by the pic, cvr's?
offered $40 for the type E's that were shown earlier
I think i can get the type S's for $90 - waiting to hear back
I also found some type R's - offered the guy $100 - hopefully those come through
same thing with some JLw3 v3's - offered the guy $100
either way I should have some bass by this weekend

I dont know about buying speakers used since these people could have totally pushed them and you would never know until they blow when you hook them up. The type E's and S's are the base version to alpine subs. The S is the shallow version of the E. Now the type R is getting up to the mid grade. The type X is the best. I would at least find some type r's. and remember the amp is way more important than the subs, by the way the type r is rated at 250rms I think but they can take 500+rms no problem. THe more power the better.

If you have any questions about audio let me know. I know a little bit from when I did my system. But if your like me and kinda OCD id have everything the same brand. I have a kicker amp and everything else alpine and it bugs the crap out of me becuase it just doesnt look the same even though you can't see them.
