Just thought I'd post an update. Since I first started this thread I have put close to 6000 miles on the truck and the tranny has not missed a beat. I have done everything I can do to try to reproduce the problem with no success. I guess maybe the Dodge Dealer was right when they told me that the solenoid had been stuck and that it most likely would not happen again. Sure hope so. Thanks to those who gave me some feedback.
