I mean put the gauge somewhere where i cant see it blinking in my face. If I put it on the a-pillar I know all that moving around and stuff will **** me off. It would be one thing if I could look at the gauge recognize that the truck was running lean and adjust accordingly. But since I cant really do anything about a lean condition whats the point at seeing a gauge up in my face? I guess I could put it on the a-pillar and get a cover for it or something??
Well not saying its annoying but the aeroforce gauge I have wil also be running my wideband and its all digital. Reads a hell of a lot of info to not just the wideband. Anyways at night it can be a little distracting but it has a dimmer for those situations and now I barely notice it. No blinking lights, just a straight up digital display.
It will be a little pricey, but when you look at everything it will do its not a bad investment.

hmm that thing looks pretty nice. What was the install like? I see you have a read out of the trans temp. Did you have to bug the transmission pan or is all this information coming straight from your computer?
Install for the gauge took as long as what pulling the pillar off and putting the new pillar on took. It is a 1 wire unit plugs straight into the OBDII port. No drilling or tapping anything.
Now the wideband is a seperate sensor thant need a little more to install but it plugs right into the back of the gauge. So instead of having a seperate gauge for the trans, wideband, coolat temp, and about 20 other things, I have one.
