Im with the other guys. If you really want PW/PL I would search for one with them. You may find the cost to add it may not be worth it.
What years are you looking at anyway? Any specifics?

Also keep in mind with aftermarket power windows and locks, you will probably have issues unless you get a high end kit. I know a few people with the power locks and they have nothing but problems blowing fuses or selenoid's going. Some professionally installed and some not. My fiance had a small fire in her car because of the power locks over heating. Do what the others said, if you want them get a truck with them already installed For the extra $1000 you'll get a few extra option that are included in that package and save yourself the possible headache. Just my opinion.

Just to make sure , Do you know the kick panel is the panel down by your feet , not the door panel? I'm a auto body man and most auto makers make, like one harness, and that's where option come in to play. So if you take the kick panel off there may be a open plug there that they would use for a truck with the option of a power doors.

This is the answer i am looking for. Is the truck pre-wired for power windows?

And the reason i started my search because some times they will use one harness to cover a lot of applications.

If i had access to a truck i would look my self.
