If wheels are torqued good and tight then agree with lxman. Your tires did not go back in same location they came off of and now an out of balance tire is sitting in the front and feeding back into the steering when it gets in the 40-50 range.

I don't think they rotated the tires cause 3 days before I went into the dealer to have it serviced I had my guy rotate and balance them. And the tires are brand new so I don't think any of them are bad. I guess ill get an alignment/balance/torque them down right.

make sure all your weights are still on sometimes those dealer techs get clumsy and if they had your wheels off for the brakes they may have pulled a weight off.
