Default shock question

i am new on your guys' forum here so first off, hello. now i have a question in reguards to matching shocks with leveling kits. i have decided i want the procomp 2.5" level system with bumpstop relocation brackets. found it for a great price at 149.99. now my 06 4x4 has 68k miles on the clock so i thought it would be a good idea to get shocks. called bilstein because i have heard nothing but good from you guys about them but he informed me there shocks only covered up to 2" kits. is this ok? guidance so i dont screw up my truck will be greatly appreciated...

no they are 2 different things bump stops will replace your old ones and the brackets will be used to re-locate your stock size shock for travel issues
