Temp Control Panel Lightbulb Change
2002 Dodge Ram:
yes, this question has been asked before. i searched.
but nobody touched on the specifics of this job. the green lighting in the dash in the ac control panel, and the headlight switch appear green when the headlights are on.
i want them blue or bright white.
so i took my dash apart, removed the temp control panel, broke it down to the circuit board. there are 3 small bulbs locked into the circuit board. they're clear, but im sure there yellow. but i dont know how to remove the bulb from the slot to install an LED.
my question's;
what size LED, to use in the slot. superbrightleds.com has 5mm and 3mm LEDs.
this seems to be a very easy intall, with just replacing the bulbs to LEDs, just dont know size to use. any info on where to find that information on bulb size is appreciated!
Thanks..
just did more searching, i found instrument lights already ready for install.
this job became 100x easier, http://www.superbrightleds.com/instrument.html
