Default Need opinions on this pic (update)

I posted a photoshopped version of my truck a little while back....some of you liked it....others hated it (some even accused me of driving a "ghetto wagon" ) Well, here is the actual pic. The rims are different (though similar) and missing the center caps (the shop ordered the wrong ones by mistake). The tires are Toyo Open Country M/Ts (35's) and the rims are Helo Maxx8's (20's). So far this is the ONLY 2004 Ram 2500 2wd diesel I have seen lifted. Let me know what you guys think....

Any suggestions? (serious ones please...no whitewalls or curb feelers )

nice choice on the wheels!~

mine's not a 2wd diesel but it's an 03 Hemi 2500 4x4 with Helo Maxx 8 18x9's on 38x15.50r18 Nitto Mud Grapplers

I used to run 20x10's Eagle 114's with 39.5x13.50r20 Super Swamper IROK's as well

Yeah...foglights are most likely going on there soon. The "lift" itself is only coil springs. All I had to do was give this company my VIN number, told them I wanted it to sit 3" higher in the front....a week later I had custom springs at my door

Springs - $225
Rims and Tires - $2517
Fox Shocks - not yet installed but on the way.
Install - $150 (had to cut away some of the fender)

TOTAL = $2892....worth it in my book

When I bought this truck a year ago I had intended on lifting it. A year later and NO ONE makes a lift for it. I had like $5000 set aside, so I feel like I am making money

What do you guys think about fender flares? Nothing big, maybe an inch or so. The tires just stick out a little too much I think.

P.S: I like your 4x4 pics!! That thing is bad!

Superlift has a lift out for it, lemme double check real quick

and Full Throttle has a 10" lift for 3300 or so, but Full Throttle really lacks in the quality and customer service department

Looks Good - I understand different people have different tastes, but I don't see how anyone would have seen a "ghetto wagon". Did your photoshopped version have 4 inch whitewalls?

Both of those companies do make lifts....but not for the 2wd.....4x4's only. As for the "ghetto wagon" comments....I think it was because they are 20 inch rims. People automatically think of an h2 or Escalade with rims that big. I think big rims with big tires looks awesome! I friend of mine has 22's and 40" tires and it looks killer!

er, yeah I totally forgot about it being a 2wd

goto a local shop who does lifts and see if they do custom fabrication, should be pretty simple for a 6" lift or so

and about the ghetto wagon? I had 20" wheels on 39.5" IROKS

people are just jealous is all
