Default Factory Radio replacement?

I have a 06 Ram 1500 - and it came with the base Cd player with 4 speakers... Can I buy a replacement factory radio (like off eBay) to put in the dash so it looks factory - but has the 6disc in dash changer... and it will fit my factory plugs? I'm wanting to get another radio that fits the shape of the dash - but I can hook my iPod up to it through the back also... which when I called Crutchfield - mine is not available to do that -the 6 disc changer one is the lowest model for the rear iPod connector.

My question is if I buy a new stock 6dics in dasher changer model - will it fit just like my old stock one, and use the factory plugs also?

Thanks
Fred

ok - side note... I did more homework and found out I have a REF radio now... and I can run an iPod adapter now if I disconnect the Satelite radio (not sure how to do that) - but the RAQ radio will work and keep the satelite radio and also add a 6 disc in dash radio.... my question will a RAQ radio fit plug and power wise where a REF radio came out?

Thanks
Fred

The factory 6 CD changer is a direct fit plug and play. If you do some digging, you might find some unused harnesses for the infinity setup and you could add the amp and other speakers.

Ok - I just won a 6disc indash chgr RAQ radio... so hopefully I can get the ipod adapter and keep everthing else hooked up (ie - satelite radio and iPod). I'll keep it posted.

I put in a RAQ from Ebay in place of my REF that came stock. Direct plug and play. I just put MP3'a on cd's instead of using a mp3 player. You can put over 100 songs on a cd so that's over 600 songs in the changer at all times. No need for the Ipod.
