ive seen those "bling lights" on ebay too, but they looked too cheap from the photos. if 09s wont fit my 07 then ill either use the 07 tow mirrors and find a cleaner way to embed a sidemarker, or i'll try to find an aftermarket mirror with just as much viewing area that already has the blinker in it. kinda envy the f*rd f250s for havin those built in sidemarkers. they look awesome. thats one of the few downfalls of the 3rd gen rams, no sidemarkers to warn drivers that like to cruise in our blind spots

I gotta buddy at work who owns a 07 Mega and he and I were out in the parking lot talking yesterday after work and I noticed he has a place in his mirrors for blinkers but they are not there. But there is a very distinctive knock out for them.

I dont think it be that hard to swap them out. Taking a quick glance at them the only thing that would have to be altered would be the mount on the door. May have to use the mount for your truck and not the one for the 09 and retro fit them in. I wouldn't mind swiping one off of an R/T.....

I know that the 2nd gen guys, before they had tow mirrors for them selves, bought 3rd gen tow mirrors and replaced the triangle mount part with the mount from their mirrors. This might be a possibility for you guys wanting to do it.

they have pairs on ebay, but for about $400. kind of expensive for mirrors when 06-08 tow mirrors run about half that

Give it a year or two and the prices should drop a little as more get wrecked and need more replacement parts available.

i checked out your link, but it looks like those are add-ons. i want to change my mirrors because i dont like the overall shapes and want a larger viewing area. would just be nice to have the new pair also include the turn signals as well.
