Not trying to burst any bubbles but not way would I drop 200-300 just for some turn signals in my mirrors. It wont happen. However, I do know from experience it take TIME to do something like that.

Don't the signals point down when you flip up the tow mirrors

 

the turn signals will be vertical when flipped up, horizontal when flipped down....truck has come a long way lol. but its not the truck you saw before. this is a new one. ill get pics up soon after i sell my 38's and add a 2" coil spacer, adjustable track bar, and lengthened control arms along with a set of 40x15.5R20 toyos...just finished painting the frame and undercarriage.....working on ladder bars as well.....list does not stop! oh and did i mention TWINS for christmas? LOL!

 

The bolt pattern on 09/10 4th gen Rams mirror will not bolt up to 07.I got 2 used sets and tried the same thing.

 

did you try to remove the bottom piece and swap it(the triangle piece) that actually bolts into the door frame?

 

Well did not read through all the posts. But looking at my SRT mirrors and my 09 there are small differences in the dimensions that attach to the door and eye ball contour differences, so it would take some work. And yes, I love my 09 vs my SRT and old 05, light and painted.

 

for those of you that did not have the tow mirrors, but later upgraded, how do you open them up? is there a different mirror control panel and switch you also had to get? or do the mirrors open automatically when you put the truck in tow/haul mode?
