Default Need some help, code P2100

Is Throttle body actuator control motor circuit open. I put a new set of heads on today. Truck fired up fine. Was cycling on/off to warm up and open the t-stat. I used the peddle and it reved fine the first fire up. About the third cycle i threw this code. Wont rev now only idle. I dont hear the TB click like it usually does either. Disconnect & re-connected the TB plug several times. Wondering if the TB took a crap?? Any one throw this one before?

Check for any wires going to the throttle body that you may have pinched while installing the new heads.
