i have an 07 SLT and my console doesn't look like that. mine is the one that flips down and only has the 2 cup holders w/ the ashtray in the middle, not attached to the floor. i would guess this is a Laramie option in case that helps your searching at all

 

Those consoles came in the following models, sport, laramie, n 04-06 SRT-10's. They're not limited to those, but those are the models most commonly found in. if you search ebay for those models n you find a truck that has been totalled, the owner may be willing to part with the part you want. i wasnt so lucky, but you may be.

you may have to do like i am and build your own. just my .02.

 

That console did not come in 04 or 05 SRTs. Something similar, but not quite the same in the 06 SRT.

Pick of a 04, you probably could go that way cheap, but the cup holders are worse than your 04.

Sorry I do not have a better pic. WOuld snap one but I put the truck in storage so I can not just run out to the garage and take one.

thanks for all the help guys. it looks like on those part sites you buy the bezel, then also have to buy like 6 inserts to complete it, which is very costly. guess ill have to try my luck at a junk yard and hope for the best

 

My bad, I guess the one I saw it in was an '06 SRT-10.
