Default Light behind the climate control console

As I was driving to work today I noticed the climate control console looked a little dim. It looks like there are multiple lights behind the console and one of them is out. Is this light worth replacing or should I just let it be?

The light is not out completely which leads me to the belief there are multiple lights. It does not really bother me. Like I really need the lights on the clomate control console to be super bright halogen lights... If it's an easy fix I will fix it but if not I will let it be. I can still see it just fine. It looks like they have a light tube crossing the console in a wave pattern providing light across the whole console. The point is it looks dimmer this morning than normal.

Easy!! But it is a dealer only light, but they're pretty cheap. Take the screw out behind the bag holder, pull out the whole center where the controls are. It's a like 2x2 piece. Then you'll see the 3 lights in there. Pull them out, put the new ones back in. I have speedo lights out, now I believe that job would be a different story.
