Default Oil gauge reading HELP!

So I had my oil changed by a local goodyear, I have a 2007 ram 1500. Well i noticed the other day that my oil gauge reading keeps changing while I am driving. It was not doing this before the oil change. When I am driving, the gauge reads between the midline and high, when i come to a stop, it drops below the midline??? Now I have no proof that goodyear did this, so I am turning to you all to see if you have any thoughts/solutions I could try...

Check your oil level. Make sure they put enough oil in it. The oil pick up tube is in the back of the oil pan so when you are stopping the oil naturally shifts to the front and if there isn't enough oil in there for the pick up tube to pick up your oil pressure will drop.

Could also be a bad oil sending unit. If your oil level is fine then I would check the unit. IDK about these new ones but I know the older ones have to be grounded also.

Mine has always done this. It is normal. The pressure will drop at idle and go up with rpm.

LXMAN - my truck just started doin this after a recent oil change, I have had the truck for about 7 months and have never noticed it doing that until this last oil change??? But if you say your truck has always done this, then i feel a bit better about it, I checked my oil level, and it is in the middle of the safe line so...but I am still slightly concerned..

your oil pressure will drop a little at idle because the oil pump isn't spinning as fast, therefore not providing as much pressure. I just thought it was weird how it happened right after the oil change.
